Founded by Harry Peirce, carried forward by family. Meet the experienced finance brokers and support staff behind our family business.
Founder
Harry Peirce
Harry was in the finance industry since the 1960s. He was employed with Australian Guarantee Corporation Limited (AGC) for 19 years before deciding to start his own business.
The experience and standards he built the business on remain the foundation of Leasing Services today. While Harry has retired, the values and legacy he established continue to shape the business today.

Jason has been with Leasing Services since 2004 and is the most senior Equipment Finance Consultant.
Simon Egginton
Finance Consultant
Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management)
Simon commenced with Leasing Services in January 2013.
Samuel Peirce
Finance Consultant

Samuel is based in Bunbury and commenced with Leasing Services in July 2019.
Karl Kemp
Mortgage Consultant

Karl commenced with Leasing Services in January 2014.
Dora Pirone
Broker's Assistant
Dora initially joined Leasing Services in November 1994 and is well known to our customers and financial connections. After stepping away to start her family in 2007, she returned in February 2020 and resumed her role.
